As well as other services as requested, I offer Monthly Packages:
This involves everything you need to be up-to-date, compliant, and aware of your business's financial situation:
- all Income and Expense postings
- 1-2 bank account reconciliations
- 1-2 credit card reconciliations
- payroll for up to ten employees
- calculation and filing of payroll remittances, PST, GST, WCB, T4's and ROE's
Also included are emailed monthly financial statements, as well as the annual package for your Accountant.
Accounts Payable services are also available. Some businesses prefer to write their own cheques and give them to me once per month to post. However those that have more bills to pay benefit by my doing computer generated cheque runs and/or e-transfers as needed, including CRA payments and installments. I can also log on to your authorized accounts and pay your monthly bills.
